DreamerApps (“DreamerApps,” “we,” “us”) is an independent software studio based in Miami, Florida. We design and operate a portfolio of AI products, including ArchitectGPT, ArchiGPT, CasaGPT, CMAGPT, WallStage, Estimr, and VisualArtsDB. This policy explains what information we collect across DreamerApps and our products, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We use information to provide and improve our products, process payments and subscriptions, communicate with you, prevent fraud and abuse, measure the performance of our marketing, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
DreamerApps uses Google API Services to manage our own advertising. Specifically, we access our own Google Ads accounts through the Google Ads API to report and adjust advertising conversions — for example, retracting a conversion when a subscription payment is refunded or charged back. This access is limited to advertising accounts that we own and operate.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for any purpose other than the advertising-measurement functions described above, and we do not transfer or sell it.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, payment processing, analytics, and advertising platforms), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. These providers are bound to use the information only to provide services to us.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
