These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DreamerApps and the products we operate, including ArchitectGPT, ArchiGPT, CasaGPT, CMAGPT, WallStage, Estimr, and VisualArtsDB (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. You agree to use them lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Services. Subject to your plan and applicable law, you may use the outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe on others' rights.
Paid Services are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a given purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing them before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamerApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
