You have the right to delete your DreamerApps account and the personal information associated with it at any time, for any reason, free of charge. This page explains every way to do that, what happens when you do, and how long it takes. It applies to all DreamerApps products and to any data we hold that is linked to your Facebook, Instagram, Google, or Apple account.
| METHOD | BEST FOR | TIME TO COMPLETE |
|---|---|---|
| In-product deletion | Anyone who can still sign in | Starts immediately; complete within 30 days |
| Email request | Lost access, products without in-app deletion, Meta-related requests, partial deletions | Acknowledged within 7 days; complete within 30 days |
Once confirmed, your account is deactivated immediately, your sessions are signed out on every device, and permanent deletion runs within 30 days. If you sign back in within 7 days using the same credentials, you may be offered the option to cancel the deletion.
If a product does not yet offer in-app deletion, you no longer have access to your account, or you prefer to make the request in writing, email support@dreamerapps.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:
To protect your data from fraudulent requests, we verify identity before deleting: for most requests this means confirming that you control the email address on the account. If you have lost access to that address, we will ask for other information that matches our records, such as recent invoice details. We never ask for your password or full payment card number.
DreamerApps operates a business app on the Meta platform that we use solely to manage our own advertising through the Meta Marketing API. That app does not create user accounts, does not offer Facebook Login to the public, and does not collect personal profile data from people on Facebook or Instagram. It receives aggregated campaign metrics about ad accounts we own. Our websites also use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API for advertising measurement, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Follow the in-product or email steps above. Deletion removes your account, the Facebook user ID linked to it, and the name, email, and profile image we received from Facebook. You can also remove our app's access at any time in Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing the app there stops future access but does not by itself delete the data already in your DreamerApps account, so please complete deletion with us as well.
You can request deletion of any measurement data we hold that is associated with you (such as hashed identifiers sent through the Pixel or Conversions API, or your presence on a customer-list audience) by emailing support@dreamerapps.comwith the subject line “Meta data deletion request.” We will delete matching records from our systems and remove you from any custom audiences we uploaded within 30 days. Data already held by Meta is governed by Meta's own policies; you can review and disconnect it through Your Activity Off Meta Technologies and adjust targeting in Ad Preferences.
If Meta sends us a deletion request relating to Platform Data or to a person, we act on it within the timeframe required by the Meta Platform Terms and confirm completion to Meta. We also delete all Platform Data when our app is removed or its access is revoked.
If you signed in with Google or Apple, account deletion removes the link between your DreamerApps account and that provider along with the profile information we received. You can additionally revoke our access from the provider side: for Google, at myaccount.google.com/permissions; for Apple, in Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple on your device. Revoking access at the provider does not delete your DreamerApps data, so please also complete deletion with us.
You do not need to delete your whole account to remove content. In each product you can delete individual uploads, generations, projects, reports, estimates, or mockups from your library or project view. Deleted items are removed from active storage immediately and from backups within 35 days. You can also email us to request deletion of a specific category of data, such as all uploaded images, all shared links, or your support history, while keeping your account open.
| STAGE | WHEN |
|---|---|
| Account deactivated and sessions revoked | Immediately on confirmation |
| Email request acknowledged | Within 7 days |
| Identity verified (if needed) | Typically within 7 days of your reply |
| Active data permanently deleted | Within 30 days of a verified request |
| Removal from ad-platform custom audiences | Within 30 days |
| Purged from encrypted backups | Within 35 days after active deletion |
| Confirmation email sent | When active deletion completes |
If we cannot complete a request within these times because of its complexity or volume, we will tell you why and when to expect completion; for requests under US state privacy laws we may extend once by 45 days with notice. If we decline a request in whole or in part, for example because we are required to retain certain records, we will explain the reason and how to appeal.
When your account is deleted we permanently remove:
Hashed identifiers previously sent to Meta or Google for measurement are not refreshed after deletion and expire under those platforms' retention windows. Content you shared with others or published elsewhere (for example an image you posted to a listing or social media) is outside our systems and is not affected.
We keep only what the law requires or what is strictly necessary to protect DreamerApps and our users, and we restrict its use to those purposes:
| DATA | WHY | HOW LONG |
|---|---|---|
| Invoices, payment records, refunds, chargebacks | Tax, accounting, and consumer protection law | 7 years |
| Records of the deletion request itself | To demonstrate compliance with privacy law | 3 years |
| Fraud and abuse signals (e.g. hashed email, device fingerprint) | To prevent banned users from returning and to protect other users | Up to 2 years |
| Security and access logs | Incident investigation | Up to 12 months |
| Data subject to a legal hold or open dispute | Legal obligation | Until the matter is resolved |
| Aggregated or anonymized statistics | Cannot identify you | Indefinitely |
Web subscriptions billed through Stripe are canceled automatically when your account is deleted; no further charges will be made, and no refund is issued for the remainder of the current period unless required by law.
App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple and are not canceled by deleting your account. To avoid further charges, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad and cancel the subscription before or after deleting your account. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Unused credits are forfeited on deletion and cannot be restored if you later create a new account.
Where permitted by law, you may authorize another person or organization to submit a deletion request on your behalf. The agent must provide written, signed authorization from you or evidence of power of attorney, and we may contact you directly to confirm the request before acting on it. Parents or legal guardians may request deletion of data relating to a child by contacting us with proof of their relationship.
